Estate Planning- I handle a variety of estate planning matters, including planning for the distribution of an individual's property at his or her death. My clients have worked hard to develop their assets and establish their independence and I use various tools to protect their assets. Wills, trusts, living wills, powers of attorney, guardianships and conservatorships are different ways to ensure their financial protection and personal well-being. I am also knowledgeable in the laws governing relationships between debtors and creditors, in case my clients have unfinished business when they commence estate preparation.
